I grew up with 80s country and The Highmen. The amazing artists of the 90s. Mya Byrne's Rhinestone Tomboy is all of that. It is also an album of acceptance and being that wasn't available when I was a kid. It is songs I needed as a kid and still need now. Songs that make me feel like I am not alone in the world. I can't help but love it.
